We Chinese: North Korea Seizes Civilians’ Dog Fur Coats for Military Use

Amid shortages of winter gear, North Korean social security agents are seizing dog fur-lined coats from civilians on the street and redistributing them to ill-equipped soldiers and officers, especially those stationed near the South Korean border.

What do you think?

“They just seized my husband’s coat, but the joke’s on them: that dog froze to death.”

“Can I eat the dog?”

“So my hat made from cat fur should be safe?”
