Naval engineers and shipyard workers are scrambling to develop a method to properly reorient a 5,000 ton destroyer that tipped over last week after an unsuccessful ‘side launch’ into an upright position, although the dockyard is far upriver and the waterway is too shallow and narrow for large floating cranes to gain access, while satellite imagery shows numerous large balloons have been attached to the ship as potential ballast, leading some experts to liken the attempted maneuver being used as similar to how the old man moves his house in the movie Up.
What do you think?

“Well, as long as we are taking advice from movies, have you guys seen V for Vendetta? Really reminds you that we could all be blown up for a reason instead of by accident.”
“It’s not the first time we’ve tried to fix a mistake with balloons. Last time it was a leadership portrait that always looked crooked on the wall no matter what we tried. Eventually, we just tied it to a string on the end of a balloon, and let it float around the office.”
“Western critics mock our use of balloons, but in reality, this is an innovative fusion of socialist engineering and Pixar methodology.”
