We Chinese: Central Government Intervenes In Student Lead Poisoning Investigation

Central authorities have taken control of the investigation in Tianshui, Gansu province, after 233 of 251 kindergarteners tested positive for elevated blood lead levels linked to inedible paint added to food to enhance its color, with eight people including the school principal and several canteen workers now in detention.
