According to a new UN Report, North Korea, enabled by increasingly sophisticated surveillance technology, has been executing its citizens for sharing and watching foreign media, including popular South Korean dramas, as well as forming “shock brigades” of youth from impoverished families forced to work in coal mines and dangerous construction jobs.
