In a phone call with Venezuela’s foreign minister Yvan Gil, China’s top diplomat Wang Yi expressed China’s position that they opposed “unilateral bullying” as the United States applies more military pressure to the South American country, noting strong partnerships and bilateral trust were hallmarks of traditional diplomacy.
