We Chinese: Experts Warn North Korea To Double Down On Nuclear Program After U.S. Strikes Iran

Experts in South Korea are warning that North Korea is likely to accelerate its development of nuclear weapons—by relocating facilities, expanding air defenses, and developing nuclear submarines for second-strike capability—viewing a nuclear arsenal as the most reliable guarantee of regime survival after the United States held brief nuclear talks with Iran before bombing three of its nuclear sites, and because any attempt at future negotiation will be perceived as “futile” and “foolish”.

What do you think?

“I wouldn’t take it personally. President Kim is always playing hard to get.”

“Strike first, strike hard, no mercy.”

“Completely refusing to negotiate is one tactic, I guess, but I’ve always preferred moving in like I’m going to shake hands, and withdrawing before they can make contact while slicking my hair back, and yelling, ‘You’re too slow!'”
